This is a convention for naming identifiers, where the identifier starts with a capital letter and words begin with capital letters and are not separated by underscores. So, for example, one would use <hask>SomeMultiWordName</hask>.

Note that due to Haskell syntax, this would imply the identifier is a type, constructor or class name.
